PS How the Thanksgiving Day turkey turned out


The turkey turned out incredibly well, thank you very much. Moist and tender under that crisp exterior. The brining was what did it, I think, I'm not sure how much the buttermilk added. The mango, kiwi, prunes, and apricots were also excellent with it. Here it is from the oven. What does this have to do with international anything? Nothing at all.
